Policies

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled visit time you will be considered late. We will try our best to accommodate you and still see you the same day but you may have to wait until after the next several patients have been seen. In some cases you may need to be rescheduled to another day if you arrive late

If you require refills or new prescriptions sent, please notify the office at least 24 hours prior to when you need it. We will make all efforts to send prescriptions as soon as possible but we want to assure you are not running out of your medications
